These SMS Terms of Service govern the Rolling Hills Insurance Agency text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
Program description
If you choose to enroll, Rolling Hills Insurance Agency may send non-promotional customer-care text messages about customer-initiated inquiries, insurance quotes, document follow-up, certificates of insurance, renewals, and account or policy service. This program is not used for promotional or marketing messages.
How to opt in
You may opt in by providing your mobile number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on a website form, or by giving affirmative verbal consent to a Rolling Hills Insurance Agency representative after the representative explains the SMS disclosure. The website checkbox is optional and must be selected by you; submitting a form without selecting it does not enroll you in SMS.
After you enroll, you will receive a confirmation text identifying Rolling Hills Insurance Agency, explaining that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and providing instructions to reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing insurance, obtaining a quote, or receiving services.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier and plan. Rolling Hills Insurance Agency does not charge a separate fee for the program.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may reply START to re-enroll in the program.

Carrier limitations
Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number, SMS originator opt-in data, and consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes or for unrelated purposes. This information may be shared only with messaging platforms, mobile carriers, and service providers as needed to deliver and support the SMS program. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Eligibility & mobile-number ownership
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enroll. By enrolling a mobile number, you represent that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of that number and are authorized to consent to receive messages. If you stop using or controlling the number, please reply STOP before doing so or contact us promptly.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service as our program or legal obligations change. We will post revised terms on this page and update the effective date above. If a change requires renewed consent, we will request it before sending messages under the changed terms. Current consent version: v2.0.
